Peer Tutoring

 

The successful study of philosophy involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of subject matter that is, in its most genial description, difficult to rightly apprehend. As a result, it is not unusual for a philosophy student to imagine a benefit arising out of the opportunity to converse with someone possessing the required degree of insight.  Less conceivable is the idea of finding someone willing to spend the amount of time necessary to impart that level of understanding (exhaustively) for free!

 

Peer tutoring relationships can be initiated through PSU members via email. Currently, names of both students demonstrating apptitudes in any philosophical feild and membes seeking assistance are being collected and organized by subject/level. We would be happy to arrange for contact between parties so that subsequent arrangements can be made by them with respect to a fair payment structure.
