I think it might be the best set up to advertise that a student mentor (me + whoever else would like to join!) will be hanging out in the common room / maybe the room in the department we can book for a certain time block every week, and students can come whenever during those times if they wish. And I wouldn't mind also putting my email up there, or some form of contact so if someone can't make those times I could meet with them during another time. At this point it looks like I could do Monday afternoons after 2:30pm, or possibly Thursdayafternoons depending on my schedule.
